Soothed Herself To Sleep On Her Own

Anna was fed and changed. She was drowsy but not yet falling asleep. I put her in the crib. She laid there quietly, then worked hard to get out one of her arms from the swaddle. As soon as she was able to get one arm a bit closer to her face but not yet out of the swaddle (random movements of which would wake her up), she closed her eyes and fell asleep on her own.
