Pregnancy – Week 16

My joints are getting loser and I started to feel my knees pop more than usual. Chiropractor suggested wearing shoes with better arch support, not to cross my legs and to divide my weight equally between my feet/legs when I stand or sit. And it helps! I feel less popping!

My skin feels more dry and itchy. Applying more lotion to remedy that.

I’m feeling butterflies in my stomach. :-) That’s probably our little one bouncing around. :-) So exciting!
